Mexican Red Cross’ network of more than 42,000 volunteers and some 12,000 paramedics work in providing pre-hospital care services. On average, the Mexican Red Cross provides more than 1.3 million people with emergency ambulance services, free of cost, every year. This equates to Mexican Red Cross responding to eight out of ten ambulance calls.
